At UltraGITS, we primarily provide digital products, IT services, software solutions, and online training programs. As such, most of our services are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping. However, this policy explains how and when digital deliverables or physical materials (if applicable) are provided to our clients.

β€’ Once a project or milestone is completed, UltraGITS will notify the client via email or official communication for review and approval.

3. Training & Internship Program Access

For online training or internship programs, access credentials, schedules, and materials will be delivered via email or online portals within 24–48 hours after successful payment confirmation.

Students must ensure they provide a valid email address and contact information during registration.

In rare cases where UltraGITS provides physical certificates, printed reports, or branded materials, the following conditions apply:
