Payment Policy – UltraGITS

Effective Date: 18 October, 2025

This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions for all payments made to UltraGITS for IT, software development, digital marketing, training, and related services. By making a payment to UltraGITS, you agree to comply with the terms described below.

1. General Terms

All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment for services must be made in accordance with the quotation, invoice, or proposal issued by UltraGITS.

2. Advance Payment

For project-based services (Web Development, App Development, Digital Marketing, etc.), clients are required to pay an advance of 50% of the total project cost before the commencement of work.

The remaining balance must be paid in agreed project milestones or upon project completion, as stated in the proposal or invoice.

Work will begin only after confirmation of the advance payment.

3. Payment for Training & Internship Programs

Course or training fees must be paid in full or as per the chosen installment plan before the program start date.

Seat confirmation for any training or internship will be given only after payment receipt.

Fees once paid are non-transferable and subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Late or Delayed Payments

Any delay in payment beyond the due date may attract a late fee of 2% per month or as specified in the agreement.

Continued non-payment may result in suspension of services or withholding of deliverables until dues are cleared.

UltraGITS reserves the right to pause ongoing work or withhold access to digital assets (like websites, apps, or reports) in case of unpaid invoices.

5. Taxes and Additional Charges

All payments are subject to applicable GST or other government taxes as per Indian law

Transaction or payment gateway fees (if applicable) shall be borne by the client.

Once payment is received, an official invoice or receipt will be issued to the client via email.

Clients are requested to verify all billing details and inform us immediately in case of discrepancies.

UltraGITS uses secure and trusted payment gateways to process online transactions. We do not store any credit card or banking information on our servers. All payment data is handled in compliance with applicable data protection and financial regulations.

9. Dispute & Chargeback Policy

Clients are requested to contact UltraGITS directly at mail@ultragits.com for any payment-related disputes before initiating a chargeback.

Chargebacks made without prior discussion or valid reason may lead to account suspension or legal action to recover costs.

10. Policy Updates

UltraGITS reserves the right to modify or update this Payment Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after such updates indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
